For when your system feels wired, depleted, or not getting the rest it needs.

Focused on calming the nervous system, improving sleep, and building steadiness over time.

Too Restless to Rest for Stressed Brains & Bodies — 4-Week Program

A small-group program for shaking off accumulated stress and releasing stored tension through rhythmic movement, breath, and guided somatic practices that help the body return to steadiness.

Investment: $97. Includes recordings and sleep toolkit.

Sleep & Rest Reset — A 4-Week Yoga Nidra Program

A guided 4-week program exploring Yoga Nidra and other rest practices that support healthier sleep patterns and restore the body’s capacity for deep sleep.

Along with Yoga Nidra, this series incorporates elements used in sleep science (including CBT-I) to help shift patterns that keep the mind active at night.

Investment: $97 for all 4 sessions (90 minutes each) Includes recordings and sleep toolkit.

For when you feel ready to reconnect, explore, and express more of who you are.
