Bringing Your Inner Fire to Life

There are things that make us feel alive. Interests that capture our attention, ideas that excite us, values we care deeply about, and possibilities we imagine for ourselves.

Sometimes we know exactly what we want to pursue. Other times, we have a sense of direction but haven’t quite figured out how to move forward.

And even when we know what matters, life has a way of filling our days with responsibilities, familiar routines, competing priorities, and the expectations of others.

The challenge isn’t always discovering what we want. Sometimes it’s finding the courage, energy, and commitment to act on it.

The Sacred Flame is a two-hour experiential workshop devoted to connecting with what matters and bringing it into everyday life.

Through yoga and somatic practices, meditation, yoga philosophy, reflection, and creative exploration, we’ll explore how intention becomes action, how meaningful practices take shape, and how we can create lives that reflect what we value.

How The Night Unfolds

An Evening of Desire, Purpose & Action

What brings purpose to your life? What would it take to begin pursuing it?

Sometimes the next step is obvious. Other times, it takes courage, commitment, or a willingness to act without knowing exactly how things will turn out.

The Sacred Flame is an evening for connecting with what inspires you and turning that energy into meaningful action.

We’ll draw on tapas, saṅkalpa, and other yogic teachings to explore how intention, consistent practice, and nonattachment can support meaningful action.

You’ll leave with a personal Sacred Flame Practice—a tangible way to begin, continue, or deepen something meaningful to you.

Begin

What would change if you began acting on something that matters to you?

Purpose isn’t only something we discover. It’s also something we express through the choices we make and the ways we participate in the world.

What are you ready to bring to life?

Consider what you want to begin, what might help you continue, and how you’ll recognize when it’s time to change direction.

The flame doesn’t need to burn at the same intensity every day. What matters is finding ways to keep it alive.

What Inspired The Sacred Flame

In 2024 my life changed dramatically. Life events and losses that led me to reflect on purpose and meaing.

Our interests, passions, and ambitions can take many forms throughout our lives. Some remain familiar companions. Others emerge through new experiences, relationships, learning, and unexpected opportunities.

My own path has crossed different disciplines and interests, often requiring me to move from curiosity into unfamiliar territory. I’ve learned that meaningful change rarely comes from insight alone. It also asks us to make choices, try things, practice, adapt, and sometimes act before we know exactly where we’re going.

The Sacred Flame grew from the idea that purpose comes alive through participation, through what we choose to nurture, create, express, and bring into the world.

What Will You Ignite?

Bring your passion; something you’d love to bring to life..

Spend an evening connecting, exploring and finding your path forward. Create meaningful ways to turn intention into action.
