Sleep Starts in the Waking Hours

Many people focus on getting more sleep.

Just as important is understanding the habits, patterns, stressors, and daily experiences that influence rest.

The Better Sleep Program takes a whole-person approach to sleep, combining education, guided practices, reflection, and practical tools that support rest and recovery.

Rather than focusing only on bedtime routines, we’ll explore the many factors that can influence sleep, including nervous system regulation, daily rhythms, body awareness, stress, recovery, and rest.

What You'll Experience

Each weekly session includes a blend of education, discussion, and experiential practices designed to help you better understand sleep while building skills that support rest.

Sessions may include:

  • Sleep education
  • Body awareness practices
  • Breathwork
  • Gentle movement
  • Guided relaxation
  • Yoga Nidra
  • Reflection and discussion
  • Practical tools to support better sleep and rest

No yoga experience is required.

The Program May Be Helpful If You...

  • struggle to fall asleep
  • wake during the night
  • feel tired even after sleeping
  • feel “tired but wired”
  • find it difficult to slow down or unwind
  • experience stress, burnout, or overwhelm
  • want practical tools that support better sleep and rest
