Seasonal programs for reflection, expression, authenticity, and living with greater intention.
Blending somatic practices, yoga philosophy, creativity, and reflective exploration, these seasonal workshops support authentic living, personal growth, self-expression, and meaningful change while honoring the person you already are.
These programs came to life during a season of profound change in my life.
The unrest was raw and wild. I was trying to reconnect with my values and creativity, and reshape my identity.
I began experimenting with somatic movement in my own body, making time for meditation and breathwork, dusting off my yoga philosophy books, carving out moments for pure creativity and fun, and gently shaking up the way I related to myself and the world around me. 🩵
Different seasons invite different questions. Together, these four programs form an ongoing practice of returning to yourself.
Each season offers a different doorway into the same unfolding practice.
