A Little of Everything?
You don’t need to fit neatly into one category — and you don’t need to know which practice is “right” for you before you begin.
You might want deep rest one week and movement the next. You might start with a question, discover you want to move with it, and finish with sound. Or you may know exactly what you want that day.
These styles are simply different ways into the work.
