This work draws on yoga therapy principles and mental health support to create targeted, individualized practices.

Sleep & Rest Reset

A 4-Week Program

A comprehensive 4-week program designed to support deeper sleep and help your system fully unwind.

This work integrates Yoga Nidra, somatic practices, and elements of sleep science (including CBT-I), along with practical tools, nighttime rituals, and ongoing support to help shift patterns that interfere with rest.

Over time, many people notice more consistent sleep and a greater sense of ease in daily life.

Includes weekly sessions, recordings, and the sleep reset toolkit.

Through movement, sound, and reflection, you begin translating internal sensation into outward expression, allowing creativity and clarity to emerge without overthinking.

As this work unfolds, people often notice more ease in their body, a more natural way of responding, and a stronger connection to their creativity and voice.

This program weaves together somatic practices, movement, sound, and reflection, creating space to explore what intuition feels like in your body and how to begin acting from it without needing everything to make sense first.

You’ll begin to notice subtle signals, impulses, and ideas that don’t always arrive fully formed, and experiment with responding to them rather than questioning or overriding them.

As the work unfolds, action becomes less about certainty and more about responsiveness, and you begin to move forward with a sense of momentum that feels natural, not forced.

People often notice a stronger connection to their own inner sense of direction and willingness to take steps without needing full clarity.
