We work with patterns held in the body, expanding expression and opening space for new ways of responding and choosing. The work is shaped around where you are, allowing space for what’s emerging rather than following a fixed formula.
As awareness deepens, so does your access to a more instinctive sense of what’s right for you.

A guided 4-week program using somatic movement to release accumulated tension and shift patterns that keep your system in a constant state of activation.
Through movement, breath, and guided practices, your body begins to unwind and return to a more natural state of regulation.
Includes weekly sessions, recordings, and the sleep reset toolkit.

A comprehensive 4-week program designed to support deeper sleep and help your system fully unwind.
This work integrates Yoga Nidra, somatic practices, and elements of sleep science (including CBT-I), along with practical tools, nighttime rituals, and ongoing support to help shift patterns that interfere with rest.
Over time, many people notice more consistent sleep and a greater sense of ease in daily life.
Includes weekly sessions, recordings, and the sleep reset toolkit.

A guided 6-week small-group experience designed to support a shift from pressure and disconnection toward steadiness, clarity, and meaningful direction.
This program weaves together somatic practices with foundational yogic principles, including self-forgiveness, non-attachment, and sustainable boundaries, to help you relate to your life in a different way.
You’ll begin to recognize patterns that have been shaping your experience, and notice subtle shifts as parts of you that you’ve lost touch with begin to come into view again.
